Founder
Richa obtained her Bachelor and Master of Physiotherapy (Neurology) in 2007 from Bhopal, M.P. She is a certified Pelvic Floor Rehab Therapist and is registered with IHFA.
She is a registered Member of Indian Association of Physiotherapists (L-16138) and active member of Society of Physiotherapists, Pune.
She is a founder of Fitwell Physiotherapy,kharadi, Pune. She is also attached with the Lions club Health Clinic (chandan nagar,pune) and one health multi-speciality clinic (Kharadi, pune).
She has 15 years of experience in this field. She is passionately committed to raising the bar of physiotherapy and rehabilitation standards in India.
She worked in renowned Neuro-Rehabilitation centers, Hospitals, clinics and as a Lecturer in Physiotherapy colleges.
She is a Professional Ergonomic Consultant with an experience of more than 10 years. She independently conducts ergonomics workshops and seminars, online & offline both.
She also specializes in Pelvic floor Rehabilitation & Women’s Health. She is currently working on the Women’s Health Awareness campaign and actively involved in Pelvic floor awareness & Rehabilitation.

- Dr. Sakshi completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 from Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut
- She is certified in osteopathy, Chiropractic & Neural flossing.
- She has worked in Pain nivaran clinic, Delhi for 2 years after her degree completion and treated neurological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary & sports injuries under the senior Physiotherapist guidance.
- She is attached with Dr.Richa’s Fitwell Physiotherapy clinic since Nov 2022 and is handling the patients independently and confidently.
- She is also handling Agrawal Physiotherapy Center at chandan nagar, Pune under Dr.Richa’s guidance and giving excellent response in patient recovery.

- Dr. Sadhna obtained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2023 from Aparampar Swami Physiotherapy College, Nanded, Maharashtra.
- She is a certified cupping therapist, Dry needling, Soft tissue mobilization and taping therapist registered in CSTA.
- She started her career at Dr.Richa’s Fitwell Physiotherapy and is fully dedicated towards good patient care and extensive learning.
- Dr.Sadhna is very compassionate and dedicated to patient well-being.
- She is always ready to learn new techniques and apply with her skills and knowledge to give excellent results.
- Outside work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends ,reading and playing badminton.
