Society of Physiotherapists Pune Hosts Successful Offline Session on Progressive Kegels Protocol

 

The Society of Physiotherapists (SOP) recently organized an enlightening and highly successful offline workshop titled “Progressive Kegels Protocol.” This event marked SOP’s first offline session, attracting enthusiastic participants from Pune and Mumbai. Over two days, attendees engaged in intensive learning and practice sessions led by esteemed instructors Dr. Rishika (@samadhan_physio) and Dr. Richa (@richaa.82) from Fitwell Physiotherapy (@fitwell.physiotherapy).

After taking many online workshops and teaching 100 Physios from all over India, it is my first ever offline batch of PROGRESSIVE KEGELS EXERCISE SESSION held on 1&2 June 2024 organized by SOP (Society of Physiotherapists) Pune. Session was based on Applied Anatomy, Applied Physiology on Pelvic floor muscles to decode it’s importance in various medical conditions. Interactive, two ways learning and active participation of all participants was remarkable.
